The Transportation department Welcomes You and Thanks You for entrusting us with your most valued asset, “your child”.  Each day we have the honor of transporting your students to and from our schools. This is an awesome responsibility, and we are more than ready for the job.  Your child’s safety is not taken lightly. A student is eligible for transportation route services if he or she resides two or more miles from his or her campus with regular attendance measured along the shortest route to school from the property line of the residence to the property line of the school.

Regular Hours

All Universal Academy campuses follow a uniform daily schedule. Please note that the times listed below reflect regular school hours.

Regular School Hour: 8:00AM – 3:30PM

Early Release Hours

On early release days, Universal Academy buses will drop students off approximately three hours earlier than their regular drop-off times.

Early Release School Hours: 8:00AM – 12:00PM

Live Tracker, Changes, and Delays

The Live Bus Tracker is accessible through the Universal Academy School Info App. Any route delays or changes will be communicated directly through the app. To ensure you receive important transportation updates, please download the app using one of the following links:

2025-2026 Hazard Routes

Universal Academy Transportation has not identified any hazardous routes for the 2025–2026 school year.

Supervision Waiver

If you would like your Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, or First Grade student to be allowed to exit the bus at their designated stop without a parent or guardian present, you must complete and submit the form below to Transportation@universalacademy.com. If this form is not submitted and no adult is present at the bus stop, your child will be returned to the school for their safety.

Transportation Services Appeal

Universal Academy Transportationis available for students who live 2 miles or more from their campus. The distance a student lives from their campus is determined by a computerized routing and mapping system by which all eligibility measurements are made.

This form is only to be used if transportation services are not available for your student.
