Universal Academy will be closed from Monday, December 15, 2025, through Monday, January 5, 2026. We encourage families to use this period for rest, renewal, and time spent together as we prepare for a strong start to the second semester.

About the program:

The UA Extended Day is an after-school program held on each of the Universal Academy school campuses. Each campus provides the children with a safe and fun environment from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on each regular school day. Each student is also provided time to work on homework assignments, participate in computer lab, craft activities, science experiments, along with physical activities both in the gymnasium and on the outdoor playground. Each campus has one site manager, and the number of workers that will maintain a 15 to 1 ratio with the students.

The Extended Day Program, which includes before and after school care for students, serves grades PK-12. UA exists to inspire and equip all students to pursue futures beyond what they can imagine. Extended Day provides a supportive climate and safe environment for children to flourish while fulfilling the UA mission.

Fee Agreement:

• A $50.00 non-refundable registration fee per child is due at the time of enrollment (August 1, 2025). First month's tuition is due upon registration (August 1, 2025). Monthly tuition is $285.00 a month per child (no multiple family discounts) and is due thereafter on the 1st of each month. We have several different payment methods which include:
  
  • You may sign up online at UA web store and pay by credit card or your bank card.
  • Pay by check or money order at the campus. Checks should be made out to Universal Academy. In the memo line please write your child's name and the name of the school (Irving/Coppell).
  • You may pay by credit card at the front office.
  • Reminder there is a convenience fee per transaction.
  • All tuition is due no later than the 5th of each month. A late fee of $50.00 will be assessed on the 5th of each month at 7:00pm.

We offer a structured before and after school care program for all Universal Academy students.

Universal Academy Parents,

Universal Academy, as stated in this year’s Student Code of Conduct, does not allow Door Dash, GrubHub, Uber Eats or any type of food delivery service.

Parents are asked to personally drop off meals for their students. Universal Academy does not allow vendors to drop off meals unless they are a part of the school lunch program. Food sent to the school by delivery services will not be given to the student, it will be returned to the vendor.Lunch Deliveries:• For security reasons, non-family members may NOT make deliveries for students, including DoorDash, Uber Eats and other delivery services. Delivery drivers will be turned away.

• Food deliveries should be made by parents ONLY during lunch hours.

• Parents will be required to sign into Raptor (driver's license is required). The lunch will be placed on the table by the main entrance to be picked up by the student.

• Students may not leave class to pick up their food. Students should pick up their food on their way to their assigned lunch period.
